    Okay so this book is a little more on the expensive end. It comes with a cd that has files on it (which is very, very important.) I am currently in my last week of taking the course at my university and let me tell you this. If you are a person that is wanting to learn the basic concepts about Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint then this is the book for you.

    All you have to be able to do is read this book and you will learn some of the basic techniques of the book. There isn't anything too difficult inside of the book that is going to take up loads of time. However, each project will take a little bit of time.

    If you are someone who is familiar with Office this is going to be a dull book for you. You are going to get bored with it.

    I purchased this book a few days after classes started for the fall semester, and I haven't received a refund as of yet. I have already submitted my paperwork, and met the deadline specifications; then sent a letter, and am still waiting for my refund from the place in River Grove that sent my book initially. I had to purchase the entire bundle from Wright College, because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to go on "MyITLAB.com" (the license comes with the bundle).
